ABOUT HIMALAYAN ROCK SALT

Pink Himalayan salt is extracted by hand and minimally processed, meaning it keeps many more natural minerals and trace elements than normal rock salt. It is therefore thought to be a healthier alternative for seasoning food, but is also really popular as bath salts.

During a bath with Himalayan rock salt, your skin absorbs many of the useful trace elements - all of which are needed for normal body function. It is thought that these pink bath salts can help to improve skin conditions and soothe sore muscles.

FINE GRADE HIMALAYAN SALT

These are fine grade pink salts, which simply means they have been crushed into smaller crystals. It has exactly the same benefits as the larger crystals of pink rock salt. It’s just a matter of personal preference.

HOW TO USE PINK ROCK SALT

Simple add a couple of scoops of pink bath salt to warm running water in your bath. Let the salts dissolve, then lie back and relax! Soak for at least 15-20 minutes.

You can also use this salt for cooking and seasoning in exactly the same way as normal salt.
