Description
Thank you for visiting EcosoGood, our environmentally friendly eco shop and for doing your bit to help reduce unnecessary waste and for helping to save our planet 🙂
It is estimated that over 4 billion toothbrushes are sold each year.
When they have reached the end of their life cycle they are simply thrown away and end up in landfill, or worse, in the sea.
The vast majority of these are made from polypropylene plastic and nylon that will not break down over time.
So every single toothbrush you have ever owned is probably still out there.
That is why these toothbrushes are so great.
They are made from bamboo, a natural and sustainable wood that grows fast and when they are discarded they quickly decompose.
The toothbrushes are 17.5cm long with the bristles measuring 12mm long.
When they need replacing, simply remove the bristles (which are non biodegradable) with pliers and compost the shaft.
These toothbrushes have blue coloured bristles which are soft / medium soft
