Part of the inspiration for these bamboo cotton buds was Justin Hofman’s now iconic picture of the tiny seahorse forlornly carrying a cotton bud in the sea .

Non Plastic Beach originally set out to find something better to use at home, but became frustrated by poor quality (bendy) paper sticks or other alternatives packaged in a single-use plastic tub (yes seriously).

So here they are, a 100% compostable & biodigradable , vegan friendly cotton bud (q-tip for our us friends) in a cardboard box.
We highly recommend not flushing them down the toilet but if accidents happen then these will eventually break down, even if thet do end up in the rivers or the sea.
