However, please bare in mind that it is normal for delivery to take a little bit longer than usual. Royal Mail offers compensation for lost item from 10 working days after posting. Also bare in mind that as a sole trader, I am unlikely to check my work emails every hours especially if I had to take time off to look after my family. Please allow a reasonable time for me to respond to your query.
